Pixels, Pixies & Profits
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-04-08
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixels, Pixies & Profits (“PPP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when someone visits this website, contacts support, or uses a PPP digital product or app.
We try to keep this straightforward: we use information to operate the product, support the customer, and keep the product functional. We do not use customer data for ad profiling, resale, or unrelated data harvesting.
1. Information we may receive
Website/contact information
- If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, and the message you send.
- If you report a product problem, we may receive screenshots, workspace identifiers, or other troubleshooting details you choose to provide.
Google account and workspace information
- For products that use Google authentication, we may receive the signed-in Google account email address needed to identify the current user and apply the correct owner/editor access rules.
- For products that use a Google Sheets or Google Drive workspace, the product may access the workspace file and related metadata needed to open, create, connect, or manage that product workspace.
Product usage data inside the workspace
- Many PPP products store the user’s product data inside a customer-owned Google Sheets workspace.
- That may include records entered by the customer such as planning entries, logs, notes, metrics, settings, collaborator permissions, or workflow history relevant to the product.
2. How we use information
- To operate the website and respond to support requests.
- To identify the signed-in user inside a PPP product.
- To create, open, reconnect, or manage the product workspace required for the product to function.
- To support owner/editor collaboration on a shared product workspace when that is part of the product design.
- To troubleshoot bugs, access problems, onboarding issues, and product failures.
- To improve product reliability and reduce unnecessary access requirements over time.
3. Google user data and Google Workspace access
Some PPP products use Google authentication and Google Workspace services because the product itself is designed to run inside a customer-owned Google environment.
When a PPP product requests Google permissions, those permissions are intended to support product functionality such as:
- determining the current signed-in user
- opening or creating the product workspace
- reading or writing the product data stored in that workspace
- managing file-specific collaboration and role-based access for that workspace
We do not use Google user data for advertising, unrelated profiling, or general consumer surveillance. We aim to request the narrowest practical access needed for the product to work correctly, and we actively review the runtime to reduce scope wherever that can be done without breaking the customer experience.
4. Data sharing
- We do not sell customer data.
- We do not share customer data with third parties for advertising purposes.
- We may rely on third-party infrastructure providers such as Google Workspace / Google Cloud / Apps Script and Cloudflare to operate the website or product stack.
- If legally required, we may disclose information to comply with valid legal process or to protect the security of the service.
5. Data storage and retention
- Where a PPP product uses a customer-owned Google Sheets workspace, core product data is intended to remain in that workspace.
- Support emails and troubleshooting correspondence may remain in support systems or inboxes as long as reasonably needed to resolve issues and maintain support history.
- We may keep limited operational logs or diagnostic notes needed to maintain product reliability and investigate failures.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and operational measures to protect the website and product environment, but no system is perfectly secure. Users should also protect their own Google accounts, devices, and shared-workspace permissions.
7. Your choices
- You can choose whether to contact support and what information to include.
- You can stop using the site or product at any time.
- If a product includes owner/editor sharing, the workspace owner controls collaborator access for that product workspace.
- If you have a question about data use or want help with a product-access issue, contact support.
